9月15日，歐洲化學(xué)品管理署(ECHA)網(wǎng)站公布最新提起脊椎動物實驗征詢的34種化學(xué)物質(zhì)。這一批物質(zhì)的征詢截止時間是10月31日。

　　根據(jù)REACH法規(guī)，物質(zhì)制造商及進口商有義務(wù)了解其制造或進口物質(zhì)毒性反應(yīng)相關(guān)的信息。ECHA為這些物質(zhì)的危害屬性做出評估并確保物質(zhì)的危害風(fēng)險得到備案，使物質(zhì)的生產(chǎn)、制造、使用和廢舊處理都得到有效控制。REACH法規(guī)同樣要求涉及脊椎動物實驗的物質(zhì)新測試方案應(yīng)只作為最后訴諸辦法。

　　REACH法規(guī)第40(2)條規(guī)定，為最大化利用現(xiàn)有信息，特別是關(guān)于現(xiàn)有脊椎動物實驗的信息，ECHA將所有脊椎動物測試方案，主要為法規(guī)附件IX和附件X要求的數(shù)據(jù)節(jié)點公布在ECHA官方網(wǎng)站，以征求公眾評論意見。每一測試方案公布后，第三方機構(gòu)有45天的評議征詢時間，向ECHA提出“關(guān)于此測試方案的物質(zhì)及危害節(jié)點有效信息或研究”。
